Terms and Condition

At Allure Couture Extensions, we are committed to providing you the high class customer service! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via FedEx unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out the same day. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.

If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at Lilly@AllureCoutureExtensions.com. Email us and let us know you wish to return the product and we will exchange it as long as its returned in the same condition as you received it (in it’s original packaging). When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues.
